You can transfer to airline partners for miles, or you can air+hotel packages
with them. 140k points gets you anywhere from 25k to 50k miles, depending on the airline.

The air+hotel packages are probably a better deal, but require a lot of points. Starting at 200k points you can get 7 hotel nights plus anywhere from 25k to 50k miles, again depending on the airline. It goes up for higher tier hotels.

There is a shopping portal, but I'm not impressed with the conversion rates.
