water. That is what I do most days and although I do eat a small lunch (nuts & yogurt) I could go without lunch and actually do so infrequently. All the fat in eggs and bacon seems to keep me satiated. As a bonus, I lost 20 lbs once I started eating more fat and less sugar/carbohydrates. I could lose more, but I am not fanatic about eliminating the sugar and carbohydrates.
