What he's done this season and during his time as HC at BYU is incredible. He took over a program that had gone 14-16 the year before and made them not just good against mediocre teams but they are whooping the best of the best national powerhouse programs. I'm sure there are some useful tips and words of encouragement Bronco and his staff would benefit from by spending some time learning from Coach Olmstead and his staff.
