1. Make adjustments early and adjust often depending on need
2. Play to your strengths
3. Spread the ball around and get everyone involved
4. Take care of business by beating RANKED teams (even G5 teams)
5. Celebrate with the FANS and let them KNOW they care...AND mean it.
6. Fire coaches that don't develop or perform in their duties
