the way most major airlines do it is the slowest. I have no problem with Southwest for the most part. No baggage fees, no change fees even almost right before. Flights don't last long enough for me to care much either way. Only other time I switch airlines is for flights to New York usually where I fly Jet Blue and the extra leg room matters. Southwest wifi is worthless, and they have gotten pretty bad at delays lately. Those two things are the most annoying for me.
