Put him on a team that actually passes more and he isn't behind a bunch of 4 stars and he probably doesn't look so bad. Sometimes it's tough to stand out at the big time programs. Desoto is one of them.

Nobody is saying he's an amazing athlete. Not everyone who comes in has to be big Hoffman or speedy Watkins. He's just a good solid looking guy with good size and will provide some good depth. Unless you'd prefer more walkons.
He wasn't a star but he's solid in the EZ and can make some plays. Maybe not get you the 80 harder but he'll get you the first down and he'll make a play in the RZ.
