US, but Sepp's genius is that he includes the small, less powerful nations in his inner circles so that he has enough of them to outvote the larger nations (ie CONCACAF/Warner from Trinidad and Tobago - a nation that should NEVER matter in big FIFA decisions), and Sepp has never been one to turn down a bribe. No one runs against him because of internal threats I think, no one wants to lose their place at the table. He needs to A) Die B) Get assassinated or C) decide not to run anymore.
