Back to your post about the side dishes. I find it humorous when posters on CB complain about the quality of side dishes at a Brisket or Rib joint. That's like complaining about the Salads at a Pizza restaurant.
Back when I was in school (early 00's) you had to drive up to Salt Lake to even find a BBQ restaurant. BBQ in the state of Utah is still in its infancy, but by the chatter on CB you'd think Provo was located in the middle of the Texaplex.
BTW, BBQ in Georgia is not that great, and you can forget about the Brisket here.
