Kids with talent pick schools on the coasts. Plus, the talent pool isn't in the upper midwest anymore - everybody is leaving. No jobs, no factories, etc. - it's talent pool to choose from isn't as big as it once was. Michigan can be a B+ program but never an A program again, with or without Whittingham.
