If you want to get on the winning side of this rivalry either invent a time machine and stop Ron MacBride or wear red.
Kyle knew what he was doing before Urb showed up. That's why Urb kept him on when he arrived.
I sincerely hope KW doesn't bolt. Getting his staff hooked up with extensions this week is a positive sign.
