No. I only see 10 and it would still need time to develop and it's not a sure
thing.
BYU, SDSU, Boise , UNLV, Houston, Tulsa, SMU, ECU, UCF, and USF. The footprint is ridiculous, as well, but maybe some "pods" could try to make it workable.
I think Indy is a far more likely better scenario going forward.
