My review of the Blackstone Pizza Oven
We have been a family that likes to have pizza night every week or so but I've never been satisfied with any of the dough recipes we've used. They were okay but not great. After a lot of research, we decided to pull the trigger on the Blackstone Pizza Oven as from everything I read, it is the closest you can get to a wood fired oven as you can without all the hassle. After making some 20 or so pizzas since we got it, I love it.

It runs on propane and the stone rotates for even cooking. I run the stone on the botton at about 750°. It takes about 10-15 minutes to heat up. Having an oven with hot temperatures make all the difference. Not only is the crust much better, but the pizza is done in about 2 minutes.
