You can buy those for like $5 online, and as we tend to spend around $500+ it is well worth the $5 per coupon.
Last item was a Water Heater the week after Christmas, good times!!!!
Just this last Saturday got all done with dealing with that, had to put on a new pressure reducing valve. Now just have to repair where I had to cut into the drywall because the person before didn't put a big enough door where the water on and off valve is. Next project is to possible replace pipes behind the washer as I have rust colored water coming out of one of them. New washer because the old one was shot just this last fall and don't want to ruin that.
We have had so many leaks we believe that most of them could have been from the pressure valve not working correctly and having too much pressure causing leaks.
Next house for us is without a doubt a new house, no more 20-30 year old houses where we are doing all the repair. We have done so much we will be our own GC and just hire out subs.
