No, BYU needs to stay quiet with their business model, which is to offer a
scholarship package that is superior to any other conference. BYU might be encumbered by the WCC in BB, but should not be restricted in FB. The competition should be screaming "no fair!" In about 3 years. I only wish the BOT shared my vision.
