has accepted the transfer of the stud who would be gobbling up those minutes and touches in one Kyle Davis. I watched Collette in high school and thought he would be a pretty good player, not All American, but pretty good ala Dalton Nixon but with less range. Kyle Davis is a MUCH better player than Collette and he, thankfully, vacated the USU spot in favor of BYU. The bigger question for me is how did we miss on Kyle Davis? He was 5A player of the year on the team that won state, had obvious upside, mission plans, wanted BYU etc etc. Now he is here, but how was he not all along? And his absence at USU does position Collette to produce more. Good for both of them!
