My dad got tunnel vision and bought a new house in a neighborhood just a few blocks north of Del Paso Heights. Big mistake. Not only did his gas get siphoned and his outdoor garage light fixture get stolen, but somebody dug up his newly-planted lemon tree!

One night my dad forgot to close the garage door, and my collection of tools was stolen. My dad felt bad about it, and bought me a tool assortment, but it didn't come close to replacing all the tools I had.
