It's probably because you are a Ute fan on a Cougar board in the middle of the day on Tuesday...

Timpview is one of 2 high schools in Provo (this is where BYU's campus is). It is commonly known that all of the good football players in Provo go to Timpview, and most of those good players end up going to BYU.

This has been normal up until about a few years ago when Whittingham was hired to replace Wong.

Of course it is not Timpview's OBLIGATION to hire someone with BYU ties... I simply stated that as a former Timpview grad, I was unhappy that a Ute coach is coaching my former school, and I am sure that 90% of Timpview would agree with me.

Since you did not go to Timpview, and you are not a BYU fan, it might be hard for you to relate to this.
