He's a loose cannon with an ax to grind because Bronco didn't recruit his kid. But it runs deeper than Jason Buck. I wish guys like Buck (if they truly cared about the program) would take their issues privately to Tom Holmoe and not blast BYU publicly right before the most important recruiting weekend. He's just showing his lack of character and lack of wisdom by having a public meltdown on 1280.

But despite my feelings about Buck, one of Bronco's biggest issues is his inability to build important relationships with key stakeholder groups. That is one of the most important jobs of a CEO or a head football coach. He just doesn't have that ability, and I think it's what will be his demise in the end.
