I don't follow recruiting as heavily as many people on here. I didn't even

know Buck had a son that wanted to play for BYU. I do remember 1984 very well though as a freshman at BYU, and Buck helped bring us a national championship. Maybe he's earned the right to give an opinion on the state of BYU football without most people dismissing everything he says just because his son didn't get a scholly offer.
