It's just about the only large apartment complex that has an indoor area in between guys and girls apartments.

That is a HUGE factor in making the place social. When it's too cold to be outside (which is a large chunk of the Fall/Winter semesters) there are tons of people in the halls of the building. After curfew, tons of people come out of their apartments and mingle in the halls.

If you're not afraid of the "cheap" reputation of it (Glenhood, Glenhole, etc), it's an awesome place to live. And if you're afraid of people being "strange", good luck with that. The human race is strange. Let me know if you find any group of 10 people on this planet that doesn't consist of at least 2 or 3 weirdos.
