Depends on your perspective and goal for the program

If you want just another "win at all costs but don't get caught" program then it is a bad thing. If you want a program to represent the Church first and do everything possible within that framework to win then it is a good thing.

The bar has been raised gentlemen. I, for one, embrace that and support Bronco 100% in that regard. (Taking multiple timeouts to ice a kicker on a PAT is an example of one I am not supportive of)
