He specifically says "out the door" on it so it is very simple to compare both out the door prices and yes there is a $1670.00 difference.
The "scum" salesman sold my Grandma her last car and had visited with her every time she's brought the car in for routine maintenance. You could sell anything to my grandmother and she'd never question if she trusted you. Are you seriously implying that one dealership couldn't possibly mark up a car $1670 over another?
