Rant of the Day: CenturyLink is brutal
They probably have the absolute worst customer service. 65 minutes on the phone, transferred to 6 different people and still no one can figure out why they have billed me twice as much as normal. What the yewt!

Called back an hour later and cancelled all my services and it was still a huge hassle. How can businesses so this and survive is beyond me.

Wow, just wow.
