I just meant Utah's recruits from Utah were better than BYU's last year

And all the services seem to agree completely. I didn't think he meant head-to-head, which I don't know about (and which is pretty unreliable, anyway). I care a lot more about whether Utah is getting more talent, not so much about who offered who, and the services agree that Utah got more Utah talent last year.
