On top of that, BYU just didn't go after many in state. It's not like they lost out. They chose not to. With last year's class for us, I doubt they care how many lower end in state guys Utah got.

BYU only had 4 in state guys... Compare them to only the top 4 that Utah got and I don't think Utah's were so much better, if even at all.
