I think the big key with all of this will be Wintrich given his specialty was with the OL. Both getting them up to size and trying to keep them healthy.
Obviously they'll all need some coaching but they're not stepping on the field at their sizes so that's #1.

Hoyt was the same size recruit as guys like Lapuaho, Fabuluje, Stringham, etc so hopefully he can pack it on like they did. Not just weight but muscle and strength.
