We used a midwife for our last delivery, using her again for our next baby.
We deliver at the hospital though. My wife just feels like doctors are all about turnover and getting the baby out ASAP so they can move on to the next mom, while the midwife takes her time. I told my wife as long as we deliver in the hospital then I don't care who delivers the baby.
