I have a niece who had her first baby at home with a midwife almost year ago. It's been a year and her facebook page still fills with paragraphs about how wonderful her home birth was. It's almost like her baby is somehow still better because of it.

The little baby isn't approaching her first birthday, she's approaching the first anniversary of her home birth.

Hey, it's time to move on.
