16 points in the first half, 0 in the second half. BYU got very physical with the Pilots. Few easy baskets around the rim. BYU finished with 17 steals, five in the last five minutes. Bartley and Winder combined for 9 steals. It would have been a worse beat down, but BYU was not rotating down on defense when Andrus went over to contest shots in the lane. The weak side was usually wide open for some easy put-backs.

That is my only complaint for the game. BYU had plenty of half-court breakdowns, but Portland is a pretty good team and played very, very hard.
