and review previous season and say hey, we have this situation here, some tendencies over there, noticed this and that. Wouldn't you even ensure that the undisciplined isn't addressed?

Coaches do this. It is part of their job to look at things and be honest and say...hey, IF things DON'T change, there will be changes. I believe that happens more than not. So if a coach says the same thing as a poster, what does that say of the coach?
