depends
If your router is handing out DHCP then it has a static IP in the same range. It would've been configured that way when set up with whoever is your ISP. 10"dot" is a perfect fine private range. Generally Comcast defaults there where someone like Century Link or Digis defaults to 192.168.x.x. Doesn't matter as long as your other network devices are set for DHCP.
