Thinking about selling home, but not to talk to realtor yet. Any estimates on
how much closing costs are? I looked online and it said 10% for agent and closing fees which seems insane. If we sell our house it will be very clean as we are lucky to be without a mortgage. I'd assume this would lower closing costs?
Once we start talking about selling we'll be bombarded by realtors in our ward I assume, so just trying to gauge our costs aside from a realtor listing and selling. Anybody with insights on seller costs for closing if no mortgage to be paid off?
