i remember once seeing him hit 6 in a row during a pick up game. But then i saw Neilson do even better in pick-ups.

Nate sees himself as a guy with a shot. We'll have to see if he can execute it well during games next year.

But, Nate preaches that every player must stay in his role and he knows that rebounding and defense has been his most effective role and he is very disciplined that way. The coaches value his contribution because of that constructive attitude. i don't think they care much about what talking heads and bloggers say.

i'm sure if he found a way to score more effectively, everyone would be happy. But remember, Bill Russell went a long way in basketball concentrating on rebounding and defense.

Looks like everyone's expectation for next year is that the bulk of the inside scoring will be done capably by Davis and Aytes. and Collinsworth if he returns.
