there are a lot of teams better than the Jazz that are playing guys with PER's similar to both Ingles and Milsap the same amount of minutes. It's not that uncommon. Unfortunately, they stand out because the Jazz are forced to start them with Burks being out. They'd both probably look better playing against other teams 2nd unit players instead of starters.
