Hypothetically...
Let's say that when Nashif saw the fans he was actually happy, smiled broadly, and made the remark about, "oh boy, students...it's going to take forever to get out of here."

Hypothetically, would that be a crime? Doesn't the context also matter? Many of us use sarcasm in our lives...hypothetically if we as being sarcastic and was actually happy about the team being there...and the 80% of communication that is non-verbal clearly showed he was happy, wouldn't that change the situation?

And since none of us saw the non-verbals...wouldn't the benefit of the doubt be a nice way to go? Why must we always rush to judgement without all the facts?
