In 95, we lost Walsh and Clements. No one was coming back.
We only had Shoemaker. On top of that, we weren't prepared for Walsh to turn pro. This can't be compared to Taysom starting and one of the most anticipated FR QBs in recent memory coming off a mission.
It can be compared to last season, though, as all of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th stringers transferred. But as KC said, JCs (QBs) want to play, shown by the departure of all 3 of Taysom's backups a year ago.
