For a day trip it's not too bad. You can get really inexpensive tickets.
If you have to choose between a day at Disneyland or a day at Sea World, I would go Disney for sure. But if you have a day to burn, it's fun. My kids really like the shows and there is enough to keep you busy for a full day.
If you look around, you can get tickets for $30-$35 per person for the day.
