Arizona is the obvious choice.
No question, ASU had a fine run from the '60s to the mid '80s. From 1962-1987, ASU finished ranked in football 15 times, won a Rose Bowl and a few Fiesta Bowls. They had a 16-9-1 record vs. Arizona. In Basketball they made it to the elite 8, and in baseball they won 5 NCAA titles.

Sure they were glorious cheaters at the time. Their football coach literally began and ended his career at ASU with NCAA infractions. One of their punishments were that they were banned from TV for a year. No school has committed more major NCAA infractions than ASU. However, it seemed to be well worth it.

Then the Steve Kerr incident happened.

Since then, ASU's best bowl win has been the Sun Bowl. They are 13-14 vs. Arizona. They have 5 bowl wins while Arizona has 6. In Basketball, Arizona has 4 Final Fours and a National Title. ASU has one Sweet 16, Hedake Smith and the Courtney Simpson cheerleader incident (no link for this one be very careful if you do a google search).

In baseball, Arizona won a title recently while ASU has continued to be very good, but they haven't won a title in over 35 years. They do like to do fake fights.
