If s/he places a higher priority on having a Church-school environment, then there presently is plenty of room in Rexburg and and downtown Salt Lake (LDS Business College or BYU-SLC). S/he can find a slot providing that kind of environment.

If s/he places a higher priority on the tougher undergrad environment and academic reputation that "The BYU" offers, then s/he probably would do fine at many other higher-tier schools.
