Come on people worrying about people being injured before they are injured is absurd. Injury is part of the game. Taysom may get hurt, Mangum may get hurt and Hoge and Detmer may be great. I am not going to worry about injuries and future greatness until it occurs. We keep killing ourselves with the paralysis of analysis and driving our internal selves, coaches, players, and past players crazy. I have had my ups and downs, and even some negativity toward the program, but find myself in a good place right now realizing that I cheer for the team with my 13 year old son who bleeds BYU blue. When I am negative on the team or the school it effects him and he hates it. He is helping me realize what it means to be a fan again. Hope for the best, anticipate the moment, don't get too low when we lose, and always seek improvement. I just got back from a business trip to Houston and of all things had to endure a Yewt helmet on a colleagues desk. If only I had had some blue paint.
