stated that to beat BYU, Cal would have to be lucky and play within their scheme. BYU changed that when BYU scored in runs and thus Cal (very disciplined back team) had to adjust. BYU forwards were too much and Cal, due to season injuries (8-9 players I believe) were down and out. Tough go with a depleted bench and starters.

Cal and BYU, still the top dogs in College Rugby and BYU as of late has been on a tear. Hope they can repeat as VC NC.
