I got the opposite: "You would be giving it away at that price"

Got that one from multiple agents and friends when I put my house up for sale at the top of the market in 2006. After six months of not selling and the market crashing, we dropped it to just below where I originally wanted to price it and got incredibly lucky to sell it or we would have been financially ruined.
