WinCo for groceries. There are quite a few bargain markets around my area too that beat Walmart on price very easily. Walmart sets their prices based on the lowest price in the area, but they only really compare the main competitors. The problem is my area (the bay) has high prices everywhere, so Walmart is also high on most things. If I walk into a Walmart in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the prices drop dramatically as an example of location being the key factor.
