two seasons in the NBA playing behind borderline all-stars, you're a head case. He got a chance this year and played well offensively. But Kanter is like Boozer -- yes, he can provide offense, but he's so lazy and bad on defense that any offense he provides is almost negated by his defense and how much easier it is to score on your team. Even if it's not the opposing center or PF, a bad defensive center increases scoring opportunities for multiple players on the opposing team.
Kanter is a head case. None of the players liked him or liked plying with him. The team was one of the worst defensive teams in the league when Kanter was the starter. With him out of there, the Jazz are a good team because they are excellent on defense.
OKC is a good fit for Kanter right now because he is playing hard. But he could easily revert back to his old ways just like that.
