in no-man's-land between being good and rebuilding. It was a terrible strategy from the beginning. However, things have changed. Snyder handled Kanter just fine. Even last year, Kanter received plenty of playing time after Dennis Lindsey cleared up the roster to allow him and Favors more time. The Jazz sucked and were rebuilding, what can a young player really expect? You have to know that there will be ups and downs.
Also, I'm not convinced that he's good enough to be a starter on a playoff team. He might be this season thanks to injuries. I think he's the second coming of Big Al. He's a really gifted offensive player with ole defense. Big Al has had a good career as the top dog on mediocre teams. I think that is Kanter's destiny.
