Tickets - depends on if you enjoy sitting with fellow fans or take the luck of the draw
Universal Studios a little far for Orange County - 60-90 mins drive given average traffic, Disneyland 30 minutes from there
Leave early on gameday - that drive on a Saturday in September can be 2+ hours, Assuming 12:30 kickoff plan on leaving by 7-8:00, you can do breakfast in Old Town Pasadena and then head over to the game.
