It's mental.
The huge mental edge Tiger used to have against the field is gone, and now Tiger suffers from lack of confidence. He hits it ok enough, but his short game--which is mostly mental--is a mess.
Dude needs to just go play again like he used to. He has so many swing thoughts, it is no wonder he doesn't top it more.
