nationally, BYU is still relevant. If you read that article (or many others like it), there's some definite respect there. And all BYU naysayers out there that say the sky is falling need to realize that it's not. Is BYU football where we want it right now? Absolutely not! Do some stars need to align? Absolutely, and there's not a year that goes by that the stars don't need to align for most teams to have a special season.
But, the potential is there. In fact, in my view, we're only 1 great (with good health) quarterback away from that special season.
