speaking of assistants, I never read LaComb or Nashif's names coming up as hot..
...young sought after assistant coaches or getting offers to go coach at bigger programs or getting HC offers. In the past we've had assistants move on or up, Walter Roese moved on to an assistant job with Nebraska (not a bball power but they are a team in a power conference) and Dave Rice got a HC job at a program with a track record of success.

What do either LaComb or Nashif bring to the table? Nashif wasn't a very good player when he was here (I know the old saying, "those who can't do, teach") and while that doesn't mean he can't be a good coach, I don't think it hurts either.
