Accounting. You can work in anything from there.
I did accounting (even did the combined bachelors/masters) and never worked a day in accounting. If you're going to BYU, you'll be pulled towards jobs in accounting and will have to work a little harder to find opportunities outside of it. But you'll have no problem getting those jobs. You can do anything you want in business with an accounting degree, but it's not as easy to go the other direction.

Also, the other benefit is that accounting isn't as intuitive. I've had no problem picking up other business skills (you'll still take some things like supply chain, finance, OB/HR even if you're studying accounting) on the job because they're relatively straightforward. However, accounting rules are often not the most intuitive thing since standard setting can involve a lot of politics. Having the opportunity to study them is beneficial.
